Your wristband is what will grant you access to the show floor and must be worn ALL WEEKEND. The Badge w/Lanyard is a souvenir, and will not get you onto the show floor. If you lose your wristband, replacement wristbands are $75.00. Please do not lose your wristband!

ALL 2025 HEROESCON TICKETS ARE A NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASE

ALL ADVANCE TICKETS ARE SOLD ON A “WILL-CALL” BASIS.
You will not receive anything (ie: Tickets, Wristbands, Incentives) in the mail.

SHOW HOURS:
Friday, June 20: 11am-7pm
Saturday, June 21: 10am-6pm
Sunday, June 22: 11am-6pm

3-DAY ADVANCE PASS HOLDERS may be allowed in up to 15 minutes early each day.

CHECK IN: You may pick up your 3-DAY ADVANCE PASS Tickets and accompanying items at the Charlotte Convention Center as early as Thursday, June 19 beginning at Noon.
When you arrive at the Charlotte Convention Center, you will check in at the HeroesCon Pre-Registration Kiosk, located just inside the College Street Entrance of the Charlotte Convention Center. This is where you will collect your wristband(s), and any other items included with your ticket purchase.

WEAPONS POLICY: The Charlotte Convention Prohibits weapons of any kind upon its premises. This includes pocket knives, and metal prop weaponry.

HEALTH AND SAFETY: The Heroes Convention will observe all state and local health and safety guidelines. We also reserve the right to enforce additional precautions, as necessary, at the time of the show to ensure the safety of all attendees.
